Here are some suggested items to have ready for your videographer/photographer:
1. Wedding rings - both the bride’s and groom's rings should be cleaned and readily available.
2. Shoes - clean and polished shoes for both the bride and groom.
3. Bouquet - the bride's bouquet should be fresh and ready to be photographed.
4. Invitation suite - including the invitation, envelopes, and any other paper details.
5. Wedding dress - hanging up and steamed to remove any wrinkles.
6. Jewelry - any special jewelry the bride will be wearing on her wedding day.
7. Perfume - the bride's signature scent.
8. Special items - any sentimental items such as a family heirloom or gift from the groom.

We like to suggest that our couples have their items placed in a small box (typically a shoebox) prior to arrival. This will help ensure that you have everything together in one place for us to use.
